Join the Bombshell Master Coaching Team DAILY for priceless Abdominal Training tips AND a DAILY 100-Rep Belly-Busting AB CHALLENGE that will kick your RESULTS into HIGH gear!  In Week 3 we are going to take a break from working on our Overall GOAL DIGGER Challenge Fitness Assessment improvement (but feel free to do it on your own!) and focus on those AMAZING Bombshell ABS with a DAILY REP Challenge!

BOMBSHELL GOAL DIGGER CHALLENGE • WEEK 3

The Bombshell AB-Solute Goal Digger 100 Rep Challenge!

It is YOUR Goal throughout the course of each day, to perform 100 repetitions of the Exercise that is assigned for THAT particular day.

You can break your 100  repetitions up throughout the day at different times throughout the day OR do them all at once.  HOW you get all of the repetitions in is up to YOU.

The GOAL is to simply FINISH!

BEAST MODE DOUBLE-UP CHALLENGE:  If you are an OG and/or ADVANCED Bombshell, make it a 200-Rep Challenge and take EACH Daily Challenge times TWO!

The PURPOSE of the 100-Rep Challenge is DESIGNED for you to start creating MUSCLE MEMORY in your ABS and CORE so that you begin to FEEL them AUTOMATICALLY when you train them.  One of our AMAZING Bombshell Coaches will go LIVE each day to demonstrate proper form for each Exercise and discuss how to properly engage those abs!

We are taking it Old School in the gym! This plan is designed for those who want to build a Muscle Foundation of STRENGTH and CURVES. With an emphasis on bigger compound lifts, you will become a Bombshell BADDIE in the weight room. Create a strong muscle foundation but with SPECIFIC targeted movements to create that FIT Bombshell HOURGLASS shape.

This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.

ALL IN ONE GYM Plan

Get it all done at ONCE! This semi-circuit-style training plan combines resistance work and cardio bursts to keep you MOVING through your training all while SHAPING your body into the Bombshell Hourglass Figure. If you need to get ALL of your weight training and cardio done in one shot and want to improve your endurance and tone, this is the plan for you!

This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.

HOMEBODY Plan

Build your Bombshell body at HOME! No gym? No problem! This plan includes a specific combination of Bombshell home exercises for resistance training AND cardio to create the Bombshell Hourglass shape you dream of and it can all be completed at home!

Recommended Equipment: Handle bands, Booty bands Optional: Dumbbells, stability ball, sliders

This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.

CARDIO Plan

Bombshell cardio is like NO OTHER! Bombshell Fitness targets SPECIFIC movements with or without cardio equipment to not only TORCH those calories and get your sweat on, but to ALSO work on creating your Bombshell SHAPE at the same time!

You can choose from any of the options provided and complete 3-5 sessions per week depending on your goals!
