Your Goals and Dreams are MUCH more than just a Resolution. The pursuit of the passion found in YOUR heart is what will result in a Personal REVOLUTION! In Week One of the Bombshell Challenge, you will set your Reboot Challenge INTENTION, whittle it DOWN into ACHIEVABLE goals, and put your BEST YEAR EVER into motion! During Week One, we will also conduct our personal Bombshell Reboot Challenge Fitness Assessment to see where we ARE and set a goal of where we want to GO by the end of the Challenge.
YOU, yes YOU deserve to feel SEXY at EVERY point of your journey! When we spend our lives taking care of EVERYONE else we can FORGET this oh so important PART of who we ARE and how AMAZING it is to feel SEXY! During Week 2 we will identify what makes YOU feel sexy, we will FIND that inner Bombshell and take the steps to bring her back to LIFE!
MANY Goals and Dreams are shattered because we simply can NOT figure out how to manage pursuing our Goals while staying on top of our BUSY, unique lives! When we get one half of the equation right, the other half falls apart, and vice versa, until frustration kicks in and all progress halts. During Week 2 you will put the puzzle pieces together that allow you to blend your goals and your responsibilities into a manageable and SUSTAINABLE balance that makes the practice of reaching your goals your new NORMAL simply part of who you ARE and what you DO.
Personal Revolution does NOT mean leaving everything you enjoy behind! Life is too short not to ENJOY great food with great company! HOW do you DECIDE what meals and treats to indulge in and which to skip? In Week Three of the Bombshell Resolution Reboot Challenge you will learn how to NAVIGATE social functions, make good food choices AND handle the Pressures that often surround them with EASE and grace, while you still partake in great times and the great foods that you LOVE!
As you have spent the last three weeks ROCKIN on your REBOOT, what bad HABITS keep creeping in that are HOLDING you BACK?
THIS is the week that we work toward giving BAD HABITS the BOOT! Step one is IDENTIFYING those habits and then taking the STEPS necessary to leave those nasty suckers in the dust, for GOOD!
Working hard to Revolution your Life while staying on top of everything and EVERYONE else is EXHAUSTING, and can be very STRESSFUL. The burnout factor is REAL. In Week 6 we will learn how to carve out a little time for YOU and de-stress, recharge and not allow burnout from juggling it ALL derail your Goals and Dreams.
During Week 7 we will Revisit our Resolutions and determine if we need to REDEFINE them, if they have SHIFTED or taken NEW shape throughout the course of the Challenge. MANY times we get STARTED on one Goal and it MORPHS into another or something slightly different and THAT is ok! THIS is your time to DIG DEEP and CHOOSE whether to stay on course or ALTER your REBOOT based on what you have LEARNED over the past 6-Weeks. We will ALSO determine YOUR Fitness PERSONALITY and how THAT fit’s into YOUR Unique needs.

Now it is time to submit your Final Challenge Photos, REFLECT on what you have LEARNED, how far you have COME and PREPARE to STRUT into the rest of the year ARMED with tools for SUCCESS feeling CONFIDENT, FIT and FABULOUS!
