WEEK 1
WEEK 1 THEME - Bombshell Model Mode

Imagine YOU with ALL of the CONFIDENCE, SWAGGER and STRONG sense of Self-Worth that you NEED to REACH your GOALS, live YOUR best life and become the BEST you can be. In Week ONE we will FIND our INNER Model Mode and put together a PLAN to bring her to LIFE!!

 

We will REVISIT this plan THROUGHOUT the Challenge so that you EMERGE your CONFIDENT BEST SELF at the end of the Challenge

Monday, July 22nd
WEEK 2
WEEK 2 THEME - IS. IT. WORTH. IT!

A CRUCIAL part of EVERY Bombshell Challenge is creating and/or REVIVING our OWN Personal Game Show of "Is It Worth It!" THIS is how we decide when to INDULGE and when to SKIP decadent foods. Whether you have NEVER been "on this game show" or you have played many times over and need a REBOOT, Week 3 is ALL about WINNING!

WEEK 3
WEEK 3 THEME - BOOTY-FUL BOMBSHELL!

GLORIOUS CALENDAR MODEL GLUTES do NOT just "happen" by working out and going through the motions!

 

LEARNING to ENGAGE the Glutes WITHOUT the QUADS taking over is a tricky SKILL that MUST be MASTERED in order to get RESULTS.

 

During Week 3 we will TEACH you the SECRET HOW TO'S to BUILD that unmistakable BOMBSHELL BOOTY!

Monday, August 5th
WEEK 4
WEEK 4 THEME - RE-COMMIT!

After the first few weeks of the Challenge have passed, it is EASY to lose MOMENTUM and HALT our progress, but not THIS time Bombshell!

 

During Week 4 we are going to RE-COMMIT to that Bombshell Calendar Model Lifestyle, hold OURSELVES and EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE and emerge into Week 5 with AMPED UP motivation, inspiration and a FIRE to SUCCEED!

Monday, August 12th
WEEK 5
WEEK 5 THEME - Turn Up The Heat!

Now that we are READY to SLAY the second half of the Bombshell Challenge, HOW do we KNOW if we are TRAINING HARD enough and with the CORRECT amount intensity to create CHANGE?

 

In Week 5 we will turn up the HEAT in our Training and LEARN to gauge our INTENSITY to make SURE we are getting the MOST out of our time in the Gym.

WEEK 6
WEEK 6 THEME - Makeup, Glam & Selfies, OH MY!!

Week 6 is ALL about GLAM!! Living in Bombshell Model Mode is ALL about enhancing YOUR best assets and feeling GREAT about the SKIN you are IN!

 

From Makeup Tips, to Selfie Skills and how to dress to enhance YOUR body, Week 6 will have YOU looking and FEELING your BEST!

WEEK 7
WEEK 7 THEME - Spread the LOVE

Part of being a BOMBSHELL is GIVING BACK. Week 7 is ALL about spreading the LOVE outward!

 

As we CONTINUE on our Journey to our BEST selves, we will take a moment to radiate the LOVE found in the Bombshell Sisterhood OUTWARD.

 

Whether it's volunteering, taking flowers to an elderly neighbor, sending a card to a friend, or anything in between, let's USE our self-love to brighten the day of others.

 

We will ALSO utilize our Challenge Group to SHOUT OUT those Bombshell Challengers that inspire YOU!

WEEK 8
WEEK 8 THEME - SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

WOW Bombshell, You MADE it! You CONQUERED the Bodies by Bombshell Calendar Challenge and are WELL on your WAY to living your LIFE in Bombshell Model Mode!

Now it is time to submit your Final Challenge Photos, REFLECT on what you have LEARNED, how far you have COME and PREPARE to STRUT out into the World, ARMED with tools for SUCCESS feeling CONFIDENT, FIT and FABULOUS!
