This week, we will SUBMIT your BEFORE Photos, CHOOSE your GOALS, and MAP OUT how we will DIG DEEP to REACH them during our six weeks together. We will REVISIT this plan THROUGHOUT the Challenge, adjust as NEEDED to fit your LIFE so that you EMERGE your CONFIDENT BEST SELF and a TRUE GOAL Digger that makes taking steps toward reaching your Goals simply who you ARE and what you DO.
We KNOW that just READING this made MANY of your pulses rise and ANXIETY set in.
STOP! There is NOTHING to be scared, upset or anxious about.
Instead, it is time to get EXCITED! YES, EXCITED!!
THESE photos are your STARTING point, the BEGINNING of your metamorphosis, the ground floor of an AMAZING journey that is YOU!
Be PROUD that you are HERE, that you took a HUGE LEAP and made the CHOICE to work toward YOUR BEST SELF.
You COULD have sat this one out and continued to watch your Goals and Dreams pass you by, not YOU! YOU are a GOAL DIGGER!
YOU took the LEAP, became a GOAL DIGGER and PROVED to yourself that you are WORTH the EFFORT.
Your BIG PICTURE GOAL is that Goal that you DREAM of and DESIRE in your heart of hearts! This is how you SEE yourself, where you want to BE. That place you REALLY want to REACH but have not yet made it there.
This goal is BIGGER than anything that can be reached in 6-Weeks, so we are going to USE these 6-Weeks to make PROGRESS and create the HABITS necessary to reach it!
Then, choose THREE very CLEAR, doable and attainable ACTIONS for this Challenge that lead you toward your BIG PICTURE GOAL.
Note: Make SURE that these Actions and Activation Behaviors are REALISTIC to achieve on the regular, based on YOUR life.
I will instead relax with a cup of Chamomile Tea and save having a glass of wine for my meal out with my Husband on Saturdays.
I will pack my gym bag before bed each night and put it in the car so that I don’t forget to bring it with me. I will set my watch timer for 30 minutes before I am to leave the Office so that I do not overstay. Then, without thinking about everything that needs to be done at home or considering NOT going, I will drive straight to the gym.
I will be KIND to myself when I have a rough day. Instead of beating myself up when I slip up, I will work to UNDERSTAND what caused the setback to happen and make a plan for it not to happen again. No matter HOW many times I fall down, I WILL NOT QUIT. I WILL finish this Challenge!!
Make your Action Goals your screen saver on your Phone, post them on your mirror, on your fridge, on your computer monitor, ANYWHERE you will see them on a regular basis so that you do not FORGET about your Goals and slip back into old habits.
Let’s assess where we ARE as of today PHYSICALLY with a 5-Exercise Fitness Challenge that you can do ANYWHERE.
If you have participated in a previous Bombshell Challenge, this assessment will look familiar. We are keeping the Fitness Assessment STANDARD through ALL Bombshell Challenges so that you can gauge your progress over TIME and have a CONTINUAL measure of improvement.
This Fitness Assessment is NOT to judge you, look down on you OR designed for YOU to look down on YOURSELF. (Goal Diggers NEVER do that, they simply keep looking FORWARD!)
This Fitness Challenge IS designed set a BASELINE today for YOURSELF that we will work to IMPROVE on throughout the Challenge. You will complete challenges EACH week, but as a Group we will REVISIT this Challenge on Week 3 and Week 6 to see what kind of PROGRESS you can make.
Note: If you participated in a previous Bombshell Challenge and complete a few LESS reps than you did at the end of the LAST Challenge do NOT beat yourself up.
You are HERE to start a NEW Challenge and if that ALSO means starting again at square one for your OVERALL Fitness level, so be it. Stick with it, and the ONLY way WE can go, is UP!
For this Fitness Assessment, you will chart how many of each of the following exercises you can complete in 60 seconds.
You are not competing against ANYONE except yourself, so HAVE FUN, stay SAFE, and listen to your body at all times!
It does NOT matter if the number you finish is ONE or TWO or 1/2 of a Repetition! It is a START and THAT is all that MATTERS, that YOU are STARTING something to IMPROVE yourself, improve your HEALTH, and improve your LIFE!
After you finish your initial Fitness Assessment, LOG your results in the provided printable sheet along with your GOAL for how many repetitions you will be able to complete at the end of the Challenge in Week-6. If you participated in a previous Bombshell Challenge, Log your ENDING numbers from the end of the last Challenge you participated in. Make your Goal challenging but realistic.

We are taking it Old School in the gym! This plan is designed for those who want to build a Muscle Foundation of STRENGTH and CURVES. With an emphasis on bigger compound lifts, you will become a Bombshell BADDIE in the weight room. Create a strong muscle foundation but with SPECIFIC targeted movements to create that FIT Bombshell HOURGLASS shape.
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Get it all done at ONCE! This semi-circuit-style training plan combines resistance work and cardio bursts to keep you MOVING through your training all while SHAPING your body into the Bombshell Hourglass Figure. If you need to get ALL of your weight training and cardio done in one shot and want to improve your endurance and tone, this is the plan for you!
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Build your Bombshell body at HOME! No gym? No problem! This plan includes a specific combination of Bombshell home exercises for resistance training AND cardio to create the Bombshell Hourglass shape you dream of and it can all be completed at home!
Recommended Equipment: Handle bands, Booty bands Optional: Dumbbells, stability ball, sliders
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Bombshell cardio is like NO OTHER! Bombshell Fitness targets SPECIFIC movements with or without cardio equipment to not only TORCH those calories and get your sweat on, but to ALSO work on creating your Bombshell SHAPE at the same time!
You can choose from any of the options provided and complete 3-5 sessions per week depending on your goals!
If you're looking to GAIN those full Bombshell muscles and fill out those curves, you'll want the GAIN plan! Bombshells need enough FUEL to grow!
This plan is also ideal for those living a VERY ACTIVE lifestyle (very athletic) where your daily activity and calorie burn is already very high!
The maintain plan is for you if your goal is to RESCULPT your shape. You may not want to LOSE or GAIN much weight, but you want to reshape your physique to be that Bombshell hourglass version!
The SHRED plan is ideal for you if you want to SHED those pounds and become the leaner, sculpted version of yourself you've been dreaming of and WILL BE!
