This week, we’re taking glute activation to the next level with the Bombshell Booty 100 Rep Challenge! Your mission? Complete 100 reps of the assigned booty-sculpting move each day. How you get them in? Totally up to you. Break them up throughout the day or knock them out all at once, just get them done! 💡 Need support? We’re diving fully into the Daily Rep Challenge to fire up that booty and build strength, shape, and muscle memory, one powerful rep at a time.

💫 INTENTION CHALLENGE: TRAIN WITH PURPOSE

This week, it’s not just about doing the moves, it’s about doing them right.

Every time you train your Bombshell Booty, slow it down and dial into the movement. Your mission? Engage the glutes. Fully. Intentionally. Consistently.

🔥 Pay attention to where you’re feeling the burn. If it’s all in your quads or lower back? Pause. Reset. Reconnect to the glutes. Even if it means fewer sets, that’s okay, quality over quantity is what builds real results.

This week is all about learning how to make your booty training actually work for you so that every session moves you closer to the sculpted, strong shape you’re working for.
