WEEK 3 • BOOTY-FUL BOMBSHELL!

During Week 3 we will TEACH you the SECRET HOW TO'S to BUILD that unmistakable BOMBSHELL BOOTY!

LEARNING to ENGAGE the Glutes WITHOUT the QUADS taking over is a tricky SKILL that MUST be MASTERED in order to get RESULTS.

The Bombshell Booty
100 Rep Challenge!

It is YOUR Goal to perform 100 repetitions of the Exercise assigned for that particular day throughout the course of each day. 

You can break your 100  repetitions up throughout the day at different times throughout the day OR do them all at once.  HOW you get all of the repetitions in is up to YOU.

One of our AMAZING Bombshell Coaches will be going LIVE each day to DEMONSTRATE proper FORM for each Exercise and DISCUSS  how to ENGAGE those Glutes properly!

The GOAL is to simply FINISH!

In Week 3 we are going to take a break from working on our Overall Calendar Challenge Fitness Assessment improvement (but feel free to do it on your own!) and focus on the GLUTES with a DAILY REP Challenge

INTENTION CHALLENGE

This week, when EVER we train our Bombshell Booty we will SLOW DOWN and make SURE that we are ENGAGING The Muscle!

During all booty training, focus on whether you are feeling the Exercise in the glutes rather than the quads or Lower Back. If you have to do fewer sets, that is OK! This week is all about learning how to get the most out of your Bombshell Booty Training in order to get REAL RESULTS!
