The FINAL week of the Bombshell Goal Digger Challenge is HERE and you DESERVE to be #bombshellproud of yourself for taking the LEAP and working toward YOUR best YOU!! It has been an AMAZING ride of Challenges, WINS, tough days, GREAT days and SISTERHOOD!
JUST like LIFE, your JOURNEY of the GOAL DIGGER Challenge is ALL about ENJOYING the RIDE, doing your BEST each day and when you FALL, picking yourself RIGHT back up to keep moving FORWARD!
And although it is the END of the Bombshell GOAL DIGGER Challenge, it is the BEGINNING of YOUR new Persona as a GOAL DIGGER and YOUR new OUTLOOK on life as a Strong, Smart, Confident, SEXY Bombshell!
Step 1: Take a moment to revisit the BIG PICTURE GOAL you created in Week 1 and the ACTION POINTS you set to achieve it.
If not, be honest with yourself. Why did things not go as planned, and what will you do differently moving forward to ensure you stay on track? You are a GOAL DIGGER, and you know you can get there!
If your actions did align, congratulations, Bombshell! You’re well on your way to achieving your goals and dreams as a Bombshell GOAL DIGGER. 🎉
Remember: These new habits and the results from them are not permanent. You must stay conscious of your choices and behaviors every single day. It’s up to YOU to keep this journey going strong!
You don’t have to be perfect to be proud! The effort alone is more than enough to feel great and remind you that you are WORTHY of continuing your journey.
Bombshell Challenges are all about short-term goals, motivation, and leaning on your Bombshell Sisters for support, encouragement, and inspiration.
But what happens after this week? What will you do when that initial motivation fades (it happens to all of us!) and there are no weekly challenges to keep you on track?
You’ll remember how it feels to celebrate even the smallest wins! Take everything you’ve learned, apply it to your daily life, and rely on the SECOND-TO-NONE Bombshell Sisterhood to lift you when you stumble and cheer you on during your victories!
It is TIME to put ourselves to the TEST! Pull out your Fitness Assessment Spreadsheet, take a look at your Week 1-5 Numbers, REMEMBER why you set your GOAL numbers where you did, and WORK to EXCEED them!
Carve out a little time in a location conducive to SUCCESS, make sure you are hydrated, fueled with your Bombshell Nutrition plan meals, take a deep breath, focus and GO!
If you aren’t satisfied with your results, assess HOW you can alter your environment, perhaps change the time of day, remove any distractions and put yourself in a winning mindset. Then try again TWO days later to see where you land.
Let’s CHALLENGE ourselves Bombshell and see what we can DO! (But REMEMBER, SAFETY first!)
For this Fitness Assessment, you will chart how many of each of the following exercises you can complete in 60 seconds.
You are not competing against ANYONE except yourself, so HAVE FUN, stay SAFE, and listen to your body at all times!
It does NOT matter if the number you finish is ONE or TWO or 1/2 of a Repetition! It is a START and THAT is all that MATTERS, that YOU are STARTING something to IMPROVE yourself, improve your HEALTH, and improve your LIFE!
After you finish your initial Fitness Assessment, LOG your results in the provided printable sheet along with your GOAL for how many repetitions you will be able to complete at the end of the Challenge in Week-6. If you participated in a previous Bombshell Challenge, Log your ENDING numbers from the end of the last Challenge you participated in. Make your Goal challenging but realistic.
CURRENT Bombshell VIP Members you will CONTINUE with the CURRENT Bombshell Fitness System Plans provided by your Coach!
We are taking it Old School in the gym! This plan is designed for those who want to build a Muscle Foundation of STRENGTH and CURVES. With an emphasis on bigger compound lifts, you will become a Bombshell BADDIE in the weight room. Create a strong muscle foundation but with SPECIFIC targeted movements to create that FIT Bombshell HOURGLASS shape.
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Get it all done at ONCE! This semi-circuit-style training plan combines resistance work and cardio bursts to keep you MOVING through your training all while SHAPING your body into the Bombshell Hourglass Figure. If you need to get ALL of your weight training and cardio done in one shot and want to improve your endurance and tone, this is the plan for you!
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Build your Bombshell body at HOME! No gym? No problem! This plan includes a specific combination of Bombshell home exercises for resistance training AND cardio to create the Bombshell Hourglass shape you dream of and it can all be completed at home!
Recommended Equipment: Handle bands, Booty bands Optional: Dumbbells, stability ball, sliders
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Bombshell cardio is like NO OTHER! Bombshell Fitness targets SPECIFIC movements with or without cardio equipment to not only TORCH those calories and get your sweat on, but to ALSO work on creating your Bombshell SHAPE at the same time!
You can choose from any of the options provided and complete 3-5 sessions per week depending on your goals!
If you're looking to GAIN those full Bombshell muscles and fill out those curves, you'll want the GAIN plan! Bombshells need enough FUEL to grow!
This plan is also ideal for those living a VERY ACTIVE lifestyle (very athletic) where your daily activity and calorie burn is already very high!
The maintain plan is for you if your goal is to RESCULPT your shape. You may not want to LOSE or GAIN much weight, but you want to reshape your physique to be that Bombshell hourglass version!
The SHRED plan is ideal for you if you want to SHED those pounds and become the leaner, sculpted version of yourself you've been dreaming of and WILL BE!
Okay Bombshell Challenger we GET IT! We KNOW that putting yourself OUT there and submitting your photos can be TERRIFYING.
However, THIS is where you take the CONFIDENCE, GRIT and Strong AF Bombshell Attitude that you GAINED over these past 8-Weeks and DO something with it! And YOU may feel as if since you were not PERFECT throughout the entire Challenge there are NOT enough changes in your Fitness to be WORTHY to submit. THAT is COMPLETE B.S.!!
YOU worked hard, YOU persevered and it does not take being PERFECT to make a CHANGE! MANY times WE can not see the changes that OTHERS do! So suck it up Buttercup, get BRAVE, get STRONG and SUBMIT THOSE ENTRIES! WE are SO very proud of YOU!
Plus REMEMBER, the ONLY way to receive your Bombshell Challenge MEDAL PEICE is to SUBMIT your Challenge Final Entry.
