Each division has a unique look, style, and criteria—and choosing the one that aligns with your genetics, goals, and vibe is step one toward dominating the stage.
Body Shape: Lean, toned, and feminine with a soft curve.
Focus: Symmetry and overall muscle tone, with a focus on glutes, waist, and shoulders.
Ideal for: Athletes with a smaller, more toned frame who are looking to showcase their overall athletic physique.
Body Shape: More muscular and defined than the Bikini division with clear muscle separation.
Focus: A balance of muscle mass and definition with strong shoulders, lats, and legs.
Ideal for: Athletes who have more muscle mass and want to emphasize their physique with a stronger, more defined look.
Body Shape: More muscular than Bikini but less defined than Figure, with a focus on lower body dominance.
Focus: Muscularity in the lower body, especially the glutes, quads, and hamstrings, paired with a defined upper body.
Ideal for: Athletes with a naturally fuller lower body who want to show off their strength and curves.
Body Shape: Less muscularity and leanness than the Bikini division but displays overall muscle shape, long lines, and balance.
Focus: A balance of muscle, symmetry, and definition with slightly rounded (not capped) shoulders, shape to the legs, rounded glutes, and a more feminine athletic appearance. No visible separation or striations.
Ideal for: Women who have less muscle mass, long lean lines and want more of a model, beach body physique.
