The Great Post-Feast Comeback

If you went a little (or a LOT) overboard last week and you’re feeling the aftermath? – THAT was LAST Week, NOT your present or FUTURE!

You are not behind. You are not in trouble.

This week is your reset, recharge, re-slay moment. A chance to shake off the stuffing, ditch the guilt, and strut back into your Bombshell rhythm like the BOMBSHELL BADASS you ARE.

BONUS WORKOUT - The “Shake Off the Stuffing II” Sleigh-Circuit

A fast, feisty, festival-of-fitness to get you UN-stuffed, UN-sluggish, and UNSTOPPABLE.

Perform this TWO to THREE times this week in addition to your regular workouts and see your RESULTS and CONFIDENCE skyrocket like Santa’s Sleigh!

  • WARM-UP:
    • 5-Minute “Sleigh Stroll” Walk
    • Wake up the legs, shake out the gravy, breathe in the motivation.

  • THE CIRCUIT – (Repeat 2–4 rounds, depending on how much of a spicy Santa you are feeling.)

    • “Runaway Reindeer Lunges”
      • (Walking Lunges)
      • 20 Steps
      • These walking lunges get your legs fired up and your booty back on the Nice List.

    • “Santa’s Sizzle Squats”
      • 10 Reps
      • Choose your flavor:
        Sumo Squat = Sexy Santa
        Sumo Squat Jump = Naughty Santa
        Both sculpt. Both slay.

    • “Side-Sleigh Step-Out Squats” (Side to side step out squats)
      • 10 Each Way
      • Step out wide, drop low, and feel that holiday heat. Your glutes are officially the main character.

    • “Duck Walk Drumstick Burn” (Duck Walk)
      • 20 Steps
      • Squat low and waddle like a festive little menace.
        It’s fun. It’s humbling. It’s ABSOLUTE FIRE.

    • “Snow Skater Lunges” (Skater Lunges)
      • 10 Each Leg
      • Channel your inner Ice Queen, glide, reach, and make it look graceful even if it’s not.
