Week 6: Rebel Yell

Body Breakthrough Challenge

Week TWO of Phase THREE is HERE!! 
 
Continue the SAME Physical Challenge as last week.  You should begin to more explosive, powerful and SECURE in each exercise as the week progresses.
 
REMEMBER, go at your own pace, stay consistent, and some days MAY be better than others.  The KEY is to simply do your BEST and perform the exercises at a safe pace.
 
Perform each weekly exercise sequence 2-4 times within the scope of each week.

The Bombshell She-Warrior Physical Challenge consists of engaging in progressively demanding exercises, with a focus on increasing the intensity in each subsequent phase to emerge in She-Warrior Peak Physical Condition.

There are three levels to choose from based upon your CURRENT Fitness Level.

Please choose the level BELOW where you think you may be and feel free to work UP if you need more of a Challenge or move down if the workout is too intense.

If you do not know which level to choose, choose the LOWER level until you know you can raise your intensity. You may find that you go up and down in Levels throughout The Challenge based on the Week/Day.

The She-Warrior Physical Challenge is to be performed in addition to your regular workout.

BOMBSHELL RISING HUNTRESS

Choose this level if you are NEW to Bombshell, have been training for less than a year, currently train at moderate intensity OR are a NEW exerciser.

LEVEL 1

BOMBSHELL WARRIOR PRINCESS

Choose this level if you have been with Bombshell for Six-Months or more training consistently at a high level, have been training with HIGH INTENSITY for Over a Year and are in Good Physical Condition.

LEVEL 2

BOMBSHELL CHAMPION OF THE REALM

Choose this level if you have been with Bombshell for One year or more, have been training CONSISTENTLY with EXTREME HIGH INTENSITY for well OVER a Year, are in Great Physical Condition and do not have any physical limitations, balance issues or injuries.

LEVEL 3

Phase 3 • Rise Up to the Challenge

(Challenge Weeks 5-6)

Phase 3 is all about making STRIDES in your OVERALL FITNESS LEVEL,  Be sure that you are NOT just going through the motions and that you are ATTACKING each workout with PURPOSE and with POWER.

LEVEL 1 WORKOUT

Side to Side Step Out Squats x 45 Seconds

Pushups x 45 Seconds

Duck Walk x 45 Seconds

Plank x 45 Seconds

LEVEL 1

LEVEL 2 WORKOUT

Wide High Jump OR Sumo Squat x 30 Seconds

Walk Out Pushup x 30 Seconds

Walking Lunges x 60 Seconds

Plank x 60 Seconds with Shoulder Taps

LEVEL 2

LEVEL 3 WORKOUT

Pop Pushups - 30 seconds
(Do as many as you can safely then finish with regular pushups)

Box Jumps x 10

Proposal Squat x 10 (each leg)

Burpees x 30 seconds

Dirty Seal x 30 "steps"

Over the past five weeks of the Bombshell She-Warrior Challenge, you’ve likely faced countless obstacles. You’ve juggled work, family, kids, and life’s endless demands—all while pushing yourself toward your fitness goals. And let’s be honest, the fit-life isn’t always fun. But guess what? You’re still here. And THAT is a victory!

Unfortunately, the odds are stacked against most people sticking with it. Studies show that 90% of people who start a fitness journey quit within 90 days, leaving many to slip back into a sedentary lifestyle—despite once envisioning a healthier, stronger version of themselves.

So, here’s the deal, Bombshell She-Warrior—you MUST learn to REBEL against quitting and refuse to become just another statistic! You have the power to break the cycle, but you need to go in with your eyes wide open, ready to fight the urge to give up and return to old habits.

That Sneaky Little Voice…

At some point, the urge to quit will hit you—maybe it already has.
That inner voice whispers that you want to be fit, but in the same breath, it tells you:

You don’t have time today.
Skipping one workout won’t hurt.
You’ll start fresh tomorrow.
Maybe you’re just not cut out for this.

Here’s what that voice doesn’t tell you—there’s a huge difference between the warm, exciting feeling of the initial dream and the hard, sometimes grueling work required to achieve it. Everything worth having takes effort. And the journey from where you are now to where you want to be? That’s the space where transformation happens.

It’s in the struggle, the doubt, and the discomfort where true change takes place.

How to Rebel Against Quitting

The next time you feel like quitting, fight back by asking yourself one simple but powerful question:

“Why am I doing this?”

Then, bring your dream back to life. Remind yourself of that powerful vision—what success looks and feels like—and connect it to the effort you’re putting in today.

Take it one step further:

  1. Make a list of all the reasons you MUST keep going and what’s at stake if you quit.
  2. Keep this list close. When doubt creeps in, read it. Let it fuel you. Let it drown out the voice that tries to hold you back.

The Truth About Perseverance

Our biggest breakthroughs happen when we refuse to quit. This is where strength is built, character is transformed, and dreams become reality.

So let’s go, Bombshell She-Warrior! It’s time to rise up, defy the odds, and step into the strongest version of YOU.

When you feel like quitting, skipping a workout, or straying from your nutrition plan, ask yourself:
“Why am I doing this?”
Write down your reasons for staying the course and what’s at stake.
Keep this list nearby to reignite your fire whenever doubt creeps in.
