Because they are based on the INITIAL EXCITEMENT around the possibility of the OUTCOME and NOT the REALITY of what it TAKES to get there. The Bombshell Resolution Reboot Challenge is ALL about taking the EXCITEMENT of reaching your GOALS and COMBINING it with DOABLE, SUSTAINABLE Action that will CARRY US to SUCCESS!
During Week 7 we will Revisit our Resolutions and determine if we need to REDEFINE them, if they have SHIFTED, if they have taken NEW shape throughout the course of the Challenge OR if we have the SAME goals but need to ADJUST how we will GET there. MANY times we get STARTED on one Goal and it MORPHS into another or something slightly different and THAT is ok!
THIS is your time to DIG DEEP and CHOOSE whether to stay on course or ALTER your REBOOT based on what you have LEARNED about YOURSELF over the past 6-Weeks.
This week’s Intention Challenge is to REVISIT your INITIAL GOALS and decide if they are STILL lighting a FIRE within you and if the ACTIVATION behaviors NEEDED to reach these Goals ALIGN with YOUR lifestyle.
In Week ONE, you chose THREE very CLEAR, doable and SUSTAINABLE Personal Revolution Goals for this Challenge, and decided what ACTIONS you would take in order to ACTIVATE the CHANGES need to accomplish these SPECIFIC Goals.
REVISIT your INITIAL Three Goals and decide if they are still very much a PASSION for you to continue pursing or if they need to be REVAMPED.
For those Initial Reboot Goals that are still lighting a fire within, EVALUATE your ACTIVATION Activities:
Give yourself some TRUTH SERUM! Be HONEST with yourself about how you have REALLY performed over the past 7-Weeks:
This week we are CONTINUING our Fitness Challenge Workouts and we only have ONE week left to reach those GOALS!!
Take your WEEK SIX Results and work to add ONE or TWO more reps to last weeks totals.
If you can not add those additional reps within the 60 second time frame, no worries!!! Take a little EXTRA time to get at least ONE more rep on EACH exercise than you did last week.
Only ONE WEEK LEFT to reach those Initial Resolution Reboot Fitness Assessment Goals, so let’s turn up the HEAT and make it HAPPEN!!
For this Fitness Assessment, you will chart how many of each of the following exercises you can complete in 60 seconds.
You are not competing against ANYONE except yourself, so HAVE FUN, stay SAFE, and listen to your body at all times!
It does NOT matter if the number you finish is ONE or TWO or 1/2 of a Repetition! It is a START and THAT is all that MATTERS, that YOU are STARTING something to IMPROVE yourself, improve your HEALTH, and improve your LIFE!
