A CRUCIAL part of EVERY Bombshell Challenge is creating and/or REVIVING our OWN Personal Game Show of "Is It Worth It!" THIS is how we decide when to INDULGE and when to SKIP decadent foods. Whether you have NEVER been a Contestant on this "game show" or you have played many times over and need a REMATCH, Week 2 is ALL about being selective when it comes to what to INDULGE in and when to say:
A Bombshell for life knows that the balance between fitness and life is definitely doable while still reaching all of your goals as long as you have the right mindset.
The Bombshell 80/20 rule is a VERY effective way to look at your LIFE when it comes to healthy eating vs. indulgence. If you follow your healthy nutrition plan 80% of the time and enjoy indulgences (in moderation) 20% of the time, you WILL find LONG TERM Fitness SUCCESS WITHOUT feeling deprived OR feeling GUILT about eating the treats that you enjoy.
The KEY is REALIZING that it is NOT that you CAN’T have those foods, it is that you CHOOSE not to have them, because YOU have bigger goals!
Instead of being negative and a sacrifice, your CHOICE is POSITIVE and EMPOWERING! And as a HUGE bonus, when you DO choose to indulge, you don’t feel BAD or GUILTY about it because you KNOW that you have been on track leading UP to the indulgence and will go RIGHT BACK to your Healthy Eating after.
HOW do we choose WHICH foods to indulge in and WHICH foods to skip?
An easy way to decide is when faced with food choices, play a GAME SHOW in your head. YES!
Take a look at what is in front of you and ask yourself if it is WORTH that fat, if it is WORTH the extra calories AND is it WORTH being part of your 20% indulgence for the week.
If it’s NOT Worth It, keep moving! If it IS Worth It, Enjoy in Moderation and don’t feel a BIT of guilt.
Deciding which foods are “Worth It” is different for Everyone, but if you STOP and play this game in your head BEFORE grabbing a handful of what is in front of you, you are MUCH less likely to indulge in everything put in front of you
And rather than popping something into your mouth on impulse, you will SAVE the indulgence for foods you TRULY enjoy.
This week, begin to EVALUATE the foods that come in to your path and play the game, “IS. IT. WORTH IT!” in your head.
If it IS worth it, then enjoy in MODERATION, do NOT feel guilty about it and pick RIGHT BACK UP on your healthy eating with your NEXT meal!
Expert Bombshell Tip: Do NOT skip a meal before OR after an indulgence. STICK to your plan and simply REPLACE one of your meals with the indulgent one. THIS will keep you from OVER indulging and keep your metabolism burning strong!
In Week 1 we assessed WHERE we ARE, NOW let’s start working toward WHERE we want to GO!
It’s time to go BAD ASS BOMBSHELL MODE and attempt to add TWO ADDITIONAL REPS to EACH of the Fitness Assessment Exercises than you were able to complete in your Initial Assessment. If you aren’t yet able to add them within the 1-minute time limit, REST for a moment and then ADD the reps OUTSIDE of the time limit.
For this Fitness Assessment, you will chart how many of each of the following exercises you can complete in 60 seconds.
You are not competing against ANYONE except yourself, so HAVE FUN, stay SAFE, and listen to your body at all times!
It does NOT matter if the number you finish is ONE or TWO or 1/2 of a Repetition! It is a START and THAT is all that MATTERS, that YOU are STARTING something to IMPROVE yourself, improve your HEALTH, and improve your LIFE!
After you finish your initial Fitness Assessment, LOG your results in the provided printable sheet along with your GOAL for how many repetitions you will be able to complete at the end of the Challenge in Week-6. If you participated in a previous Bombshell Challenge, Log your ENDING numbers from the end of the last Challenge you participated in. Make your Goal challenging but realistic.
CURRENT Bombshell VIP Members you will CONTINUE with the CURRENT Bombshell Fitness System Plans provided by your Coach!
We are taking it Old School in the gym! This plan is designed for those who want to build a Muscle Foundation of STRENGTH and CURVES. With an emphasis on bigger compound lifts, you will become a Bombshell BADDIE in the weight room. Create a strong muscle foundation but with SPECIFIC targeted movements to create that FIT Bombshell HOURGLASS shape.
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Get it all done at ONCE! This semi-circuit-style training plan combines resistance work and cardio bursts to keep you MOVING through your training all while SHAPING your body into the Bombshell Hourglass Figure. If you need to get ALL of your weight training and cardio done in one shot and want to improve your endurance and tone, this is the plan for you!
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Build your Bombshell body at HOME! No gym? No problem! This plan includes a specific combination of Bombshell home exercises for resistance training AND cardio to create the Bombshell Hourglass shape you dream of and it can all be completed at home!
Recommended Equipment: Handle bands, Booty bands Optional: Dumbbells, stability ball, sliders
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Bombshell cardio is like NO OTHER! Bombshell Fitness targets SPECIFIC movements with or without cardio equipment to not only TORCH those calories and get your sweat on, but to ALSO work on creating your Bombshell SHAPE at the same time!
You can choose from any of the options provided and complete 3-5 sessions per week depending on your goals!
If you're looking to GAIN those full Bombshell muscles and fill out those curves, you'll want the GAIN plan! Bombshells need enough FUEL to grow!
This plan is also ideal for those living a VERY ACTIVE lifestyle (very athletic) where your daily activity and calorie burn is already very high!
The maintain plan is for you if your goal is to RESCULPT your shape. You may not want to LOSE or GAIN much weight, but you want to reshape your physique to be that Bombshell hourglass version!
The SHRED plan is ideal for you if you want to SHED those pounds and become the leaner, sculpted version of yourself you've been dreaming of and WILL BE!
This can either be ACTUAL scenarios that you encountered and made a choice, or simply EXAMPLES of how you WILL choose moving forward.
