In Week 1 of the Bombshell Calendar Challenge we asked you to IMAGINE yourself with ALL of the CONFIDENCE, SWAGGER and STRONG sense of Self-Worth that you NEEDED to REACH your GOALS, live YOUR best life and become the BEST you can be.

We told you to BE “That B*tch” who made it HAPPEN.

You then gave “That B*tch” her OWN Mantras that you repeated to yourself throughout the Challenge.

The FINAL week of the Bombshell Challenge is HERE and it is TIME for YOU to take those MANTRAS out into the WORD to live YOUR best life!

It has been an AMAZING ride of Challenges, WINS, tough days, GREAT days and SISTERHOOD! JUST like LIFE, your JOURNEY through the Bombshell Calendar Challenge is ALL about ENJOYING the RIDE, doing your BEST each day and when you FALL, picking yourself RIGHT back up to keep moving FORWARD!

THIS week we will perform our FINAL Fitness Assessment and prepare to SUBMIT our Final Photos.

And although it is the END of the Bombshell Challenge, it is the BEGINNING of YOUR NEW way of looking at YOURSELF, Your NEW life LIVING your Model Mode Mantras your NEW LIFE being:

“THAT B*TCH” who knows what she WANTS and GOES for it!

WEEK 8 MODEL MODE, FINAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT

It is TIME to put ourselves to the TEST! Pull out your Fitness Assessment Spreadsheet, take a look at your Week 1-7 Numbers, REMEMBER why you set your GOAL numbers where you did, and WORK to EXCEED them!

Carve out a little time in a location conducive to SUCCESS, make sure you are hydrated, fueled with your Bombshell Nutrition plan meals, take a deep breath, focus and GO!

If you aren’t satisfied with your results, assess HOW you can alter your environment, perhaps change the time of day, remove any distractions and put yourself in a winning mindset. Then try again TWO days later to see where you land.

Let’s CHALLENGE ourselves Bombshell and see what we can DO!

(But REMEMBER, SAFETY first!)

CHALLENGE FITNESS ASSESSMENT

For this Fitness Assessment, you will chart how many of each of the following exercises you can complete in 60 seconds.

You are not competing against ANYONE except yourself, so HAVE FUN, stay SAFE, and listen to your body at all times!

It does NOT matter if the number you finish is ONE or TWO or 1/2 of a Repetition! It is a START and THAT is all that MATTERS, that YOU are STARTING something to IMPROVE yourself, improve your HEALTH, and improve your LIFE!

NEW BEGINNINGS, INTENTION CHALLENGE

FIRST, pull out your LETTER TO YOU that you wrote in Week 1.  This letter was to TEACH you that ALL you already want to DO and BE is ALREADY within you!

How do you FEEL when you read this letter now?  Did your ACTIONS match the person you KNEW you could be in Week 1?

If NOT, be HONEST with yourself about WHY things went sideways and what you WILL DO moving FORWARD to assure that you ARE that person you KNOW that you can BE!!

If your ACTIONS DID MATCH those in your Letter, CONGRATULATIONS Bombshell, YOU are on your way to accomplishing your GOALS and DREAMS!  But don’t forget, these new habits are NOT PERMANENT!  You MUST be CONSCIOUS each and every day of your CHOICES and BEHAVIORS.  Let’s keep this party going!

Before we dive in to our final submission, let’s take a moment to REFLECT on the past 8-Weeks. 

This Challenge was a BLAST for us to take part in, TOGETHER!  Bombshell Challenges fuel our motivation, help us set short-term goals alongside a squad of like-minded Bombshells to lean on, learn from, and cheer for.

BUT, what happens after THIS WEEK?  What happens when that initial motivation dims (it happens to the best of us) and there are no weekly Challenges to keep us on TRACK?

We REMEMBER how it FEELS to celebrate even the SMALLEST of daily wins!  We take what we LEARNED and APPLY it to our daily lives AND we RELY on the SECOND TO NONE Bombshell Sisterhood to help us GET BACK UP when we stumble and to CHEER US ON when we have VICTORIES!

This is NOT the end of our time together Bombshell Sisters, it is JUST the BEGINNING!

WRAP IT UP, SUBMISSIONS

Okay Bombshell Challenger we GET IT!  We KNOW that putting yourself OUT there and submitting your photos can be TERRIFYING.

However, THIS is where you take the CONFIDENCE, GRIT and Strong AF Bombshell Attitude that you GAINED over these past 8-Weeks and DO something with it! And YOU may feel as if since you were not PERFECT throughout the entire Challenge there are NOT enough changes in your Fitness to be WORTHY to submit.  THAT is COMPLETE B.S.!! 

YOU worked hard, YOU persevered and it does not take being PERFECT to make a CHANGE!  MANY times WE can not see the changes that OTHERS do!  So suck it up Buttercup, get BRAVE, get STRONG and SUBMIT THOSE ENTRIES!  WE are SO very proud of YOU!

Plus REMEMBER, the ONLY way to receive your Bombshell Challenge MEDAL PEICE is to SUBMIT your Challenge Final Entry.

PHOTO/VIDEO SUBMISSION TIPS

  1. Wear an outfit SIMILAR to what you wore in your initial photos.  If you wore shorts, wear the SAME or very similar shorts again, if you wore a bikini, wear the SAME or very similar bikini again.  The more SIMILAR the outfit the MORE your RESULTS will show!

  2. Be mindful of the LIGHTING.  Standing facing a bright window with the BACK of the camera to the window OR utilizing a ring light is optimal.  Dark photos often SHADOW your hard work and make it VERY hard to see!

  3. Stand in the SAME style pose as your initial photos!  If you stood straight forward in your before photos and then do a BIG twist in your after photos, it will appear that all that changed was your pose even if your RESULTS were AMAZING!  It is fine to stand taller, twist slightly, adjust your pose a TAD, but make sure the poses are more similar than different.  THIS is how your hard work is BEST showcased.

  4. BE mindful of your BACKGROUND!  A messy background can and will definitely detract from your fabulous self.

  5. Be HONEST and HEARTFELT in your video.  Keep it under 1-minute, speak from your heart  and be HONEST about how you FEEL!

  6. Have FUN with this!  Don’t get all worked up or anxious.  THIS is YOUR time to shine and SHOWCASE your hard work.  There is NOTHING to be scared about.  ENJOY the process!
