Is Your FIRE still lit?
Are You LIVING Your daily Mantra?
Are You LIVING #thatbombshelllife?
You ENVISIONED yourself with all of the confidence, swagger, and strong sense of Self-Worth to reach your goals, live your best life, and become the best you can be. You DEFINED what you needed to release your inner model mode, and you defined WHO she is. You created your personal mantra to start and end each day, living as the version of you who gets it done!!
OR, have You found that LIFE has gotten in the way? Are You STRUGGLING to make Your FIT life happen within the confines of YOUR unique day to day responsibilities? Have You simply LOST that spark? Have You become discouraged, tired, unmotivated and find Yourself SLOWING DOWN and going BACK to Your OLD non-confident, inactive, couch sitting days?
In Week 1 we assessed WHERE we ARE, NOW at Week 4 we are HALF WAY through the Challenge, so let’s SEE where we are TODAY.
Perform the Fitness Challenge again this week, note HOW many repetitions You complete in the 60-second time requirement and THEN and add THREE repetitions to EVERY Exercise above and beyond Your BASE number OUTSIDE of the 60-second window.
Let’s see if we can IMPROVE a few reps this week as we move into the SECOND HALF of our Challenge and work toward our original goal number!!
For this Fitness Assessment, you will chart how many of each of the following exercises you can complete in 60 seconds.
You are not competing against ANYONE except yourself, so HAVE FUN, stay SAFE, and listen to your body at all times!
It does NOT matter if the number you finish is ONE or TWO or 1/2 of a Repetition! It is a START and THAT is all that MATTERS, that YOU are STARTING something to IMPROVE yourself, improve your HEALTH, and improve your LIFE!
Week 4 is ALL about FIGURING OUT what is holding You BACK, ANALYZING what is KEEPING You from reaching Your GOALS, keeping You from LIVING in the manner of “That B*tch” who has her SH*T together and MAKES her GOALS a reality!
We KNOW you had at least ONE good moment, if not SEVERAL, where you accomplished something, no matter how big or small, toward crushing your goals. Let’s IDENTIFY that moment/moments, what you did well, and how you made it happen.
Think about moments You were PROUD of, moments where You had a win and felt ACCOMPLISHED. Then, take note of HOW You did this. What STRATEGY and ACTIONS did You take to get it DONE? From there, remember how it FELT to LIVE Your MANTRA and BE “That B*tch” that LIVED the LIFE required to realize HER dreams!
I felt SO GOOD about being on point! It felt AMAZING to just be on autopilot and get my workout/nutrition in like a TRUE “Fitness Person” that simply makes working out and eating right part of their regular day! My confidence went through the roof!
Once You have identified Your WINS, now we need to look at anything that did NOT happen, any MISFIRES in our plans, times when we did NOT reach our mark and WHY.
Now that you have identified what strategies work within your unique life and which Strategies do not, you are armed with the knowledge of what it takes for you to live the life that will lead you to success!
Let the past GO, do NOT beat yourself up for MISCALCULATIONS. Simply LEARN from them and RESET with a WINNING MINDSET moving forward.
THIS DECISION is BEYOND EMPOWERING and will take You to that NEXT LEVEL.
Identify THREE SUCCESS STRATEGY ACTIONS that You have LEARNED and now KNOW will work for You to be “That B*tch who reaches her GOALS!!
With INTENTION, RECOMMIT to that SH*T and BE the FIERCE, GOAL CRUSHING BOMBSHELL that You KNOW You can BE!
Sit down with YOURSELF and make a CONSCIOUS DECISION to LIVE the life you KNOW you were MEANT to live.
Example: “I am Kelly Harris and I am FIT”
I am RECOMMITTED to being THAT B*TCH and I WILL LIVE in the WAY that the FIT ME must live to make it HAPPEN.
If You FOLLOW Your MANTRA and STRATEGIZE for SUCCESS as simply part of how You LIVE each day, You WILL reach Your GOALS and BECOME who You are TELLING Yourself that You ARE.
You ARE “THAT B*tch” that CREATES her reality, You are “THAT B*tch that LIVES her Dreams and You are “THAT B*tch” who REACHES her GOALS. NOW is the TIME for You to Re-COMMIT to that SH*T and SHOW Yourself what You are MADE of!

Remember, YOUR Journey, YOUR Story, what YOU are learning through this PROCESS WILL inspire OTHERS that THEY can do it too!!
Use this weeks REVELATIONS and YouR Re-Commitment to HELP someone ELSE who has ALSO been STRUGGLING by showing them a STRATEGY for GOAL REACHING SUCCESS that You have uncovered during YOUR Journey!!
“That B*tch” KNOWS that part of being HER is inspiring OTHERS simply by being HERSELF and SHARING her Journey, both the good and bad.
Let’s RE-COMMIT to That SH*T and help ANOTHER aspiring Fit-Fam Member to do the SAME.
