THE BOMBSHELL BOOTY 100 REP CHALLENGE!

This is your shaping week: Your mission is simple: Complete 100 reps of the assigned glute-focused movement every single day.

Break them up in sets of 10 throughout the day or stack them together. Do them whenever your schedule allows, just get them done.

Consistency builds curves and activation creates that lifted, athletic look Bombshell is known for.

Our Bombshell Challenge Guides will be going LIVE throughout the week to demonstrate flawless form and teach you exactly how to ensure your glutes not your quads are doing the work.

MAKE EVERY REP COUNT

This is not about rushing through a checklist. It is about building muscle memory that lasts.

Slow the movement down, be sure to control every inch and stay mentally connected to the muscle. NO DISTRACTIONS!

Ask yourself: “Where am I feeling this?”

If the answer isn’t your glutes, then pause, reset, and refocus. Quality will always outperform quantity when it comes to sculpting a strong, lifted backside.

The goal of the 100 Rep Challenge is simple: teach your glutes to fire automatically every time you train.

This week, we briefly shift focus away from tracking numbers and toward building strength where it matters most.

You are still welcome to complete your Fitness Assessment but the priority right now is glute activation and intentional training.

Consider this your muscle investment week. The effort you put in now accelerates the visible changes coming in the weeks ahead. Stay focused. Stay deliberate. Avoid autopilot.

INTENTION CHALLENGE • TRAIN WITH PURPOSE

This week isn’t just about completing the movements, it's about how you perform them.

Every time you train your Bombshell Booty:

Slow down, dial in, FOCUS, engage fully and pay attention to the burn.

If you feel excessive strain in your quads or lower back, stop and reconnect to your glutes even if it means reducing reps or sets.

And Bombshells NEVER push through PAIN, especially in their back or knees!! STOP, adjust your form and ONLY continue when there is NO pain only PUMP!

Remember: Perfect reps build powerful results.

This is the week you learn how to make your training truly work for you so that every workout moves you closer to the sculpted, strong shape you’re creating.
