CALENDAR CHALENGE
SHE will have her own MANTRA that YOU will repeat to yourself EACH and every day throughout the Challenge. We will REVISIT your Mantra THROUGHOUT the Challenge so that you EMERGE your CONFIDENT BEST SELF at the end of the Challenge.
Let’s assess where we ARE as of today PHYSICALLY with a 5-Exercise Fitness Challenge that you can do ANYWHERE.
If you have participated in a previous Bombshell Challenge, this assessment will look familiar. We are keeping the Fitness Assessment STANDARD through ALL Bombshell Challenges so that you can gauge your progress over TIME and have a CONTINUAL measure of improvement.
This Fitness Assessment is NOT to judge you, look down on you OR designed for YOU to look down on YOURSELF (THAT B*tch would NEVER do THAT!)
This Fitness Challenge IS designed set a BASELINE today for YOURSELF that we will work to IMPROVE on throughout the Challenge. You will complete the challenge EACH week, but as a Group, we will REVISIT this Challenge on Week 4 and Week 8 to see what kind of PROGRESS you can make.
Note: If you participated in a previous Bombshell Challenge and complete a few LESS reps than you did at the end of the LAST Challenge do NOT beat yourself up.
You are HERE to start a NEW Challenge and if that ALSO means starting again at square one for your OVERALL Fitness level, so be it. Stick with it, and the ONLY way WE can go, is UP!
For this Fitness Assessment, you will chart how many of each of the following exercises you can complete in 60 seconds.
You are not competing against ANYONE except yourself, so HAVE FUN, stay SAFE, and listen to your body at all times!
It does NOT matter if the number you finish is ONE or TWO or 1/2 of a Repetition! It is a START and THAT is all that MATTERS, that YOU are STARTING something to IMPROVE yourself, improve your HEALTH, and improve your LIFE!
After you finish your initial Fitness Assessment, LOG your results in the provided printable sheet along with your GOAL for how many repetitions you will be able to complete at the end of the Challenge in Week-8. If you participated in a previous Bombshell Challenge, Log your ENDING numbers from the end of the last Challenge you participated in. Make your Goal challenging but realistic.
Momma Bombshell will do this Assessment LIVE with you (it will be pinned on the Challenge FB page if you miss it!) on TUESDAY of Week One so that you can see what each of these Exercises ARE as well as learn their proper form!)
Week 1 is ALL about deciding WHO you want to BE and creating a Model Mode MANTRA that you will speak to yourself EVERY DAY in order to will LEAD you to LIVE in the manner of “That B*tch” who has her SH*T together and MAKES her GOALS a reality!
List THREE Words and/or very short phrases that describe WHO you WANT to be. These need to be things you that you STRUGGLE with, that are holding YOU back from being “That B*tch” and from LIVING your BEST life.
Take TIME to think these words/phrases through and REALLY choose things that RESONATE with your HEART, words that make you FEEL like HER, words and phrases that SPEAK to the WOMAN you CRAVE to be. THESE are the things that if you WERE, you would be REACHING your GOALS.
Note: This Exercise is all about YOU, YOUR wants and your PERSONAL Goals. DO NOT choose words that describe WHO you are in relation to OTHERS and how you relate to THEIR needs. We already KNOW that you ARE all of these things and MORE! We don’t need to WORK on those!
This is NOT the time to be HUMBLE, this is NOT the time to be SHY. And wanting to BE your BEST is NOTHING to be EMBARRASSED about Bombshell!
THIS is the time for YOU to LET LOOSE, to feel FREE to SPEAK your INNER MOST DESIRES of the WOMAN you were MEANT to be.
Once you have YOUR three words/short phrases, put them in a sentence with “and I am”, followed by your name and the word/phrase.
And JUST LIKE THAT, you have YOUR Personal Bombshell Challenge Mantras! Congratulations Bombshell!
THESE are the Mantras that you are going to SAY to Yourself EVERY day throughout the Challenge, FIRST thing in the morning when you wake up and LAST thing before bed at night.
Additionally, whenever faced with a situation that CHALLENGES who you want to BE, repeat your MANTRA to GUIDE you toward making the CHOICE that REFLECTS who you ARE.
Example: You are traveling for work and when you get to your hotel you can either sit and watch TV or go to the Hotel Gym and get in a cardio session. To choose what to DO, you speak your Mantra:
What does a FIT Kelly Harris do? She goes to the Gym and does her cardio OF COURSE!
If you FOLLOW your MANTRA as simply part of how you LIVE each day, you WILL reach your GOALS and BECOME who you are TELLING yourself that you ARE.
YOU are “TH*T Bitch” that CREATES her reality, YOU are “THAT B*tch that LIVES her Dreams and YOU are “THAT B*tch” who REACHES her GOALS. THESE Mantras are YOURS and YOURS alone. USE THEM WELL, and let’s make YOUR best You HAPPEN
Post on the Bombshell Calendar Challenge Group Facebook Page and your Personal Social Media including at least ONE if not ALL of the following.
Post ONLY whatever YOU are comfortable sharing.
And yes, you can have SEPARATE posts for the Private Group and your Public Social Media if you choose. Feel free to get CREATIVE with these Posts/Videos.
