This week, we unlock the gateway to your Inner Model Mode—the fiercest, boldest, most unapologetic version of YOU.

In Week One, we uncover what you need to unleash HER—your next-level self—and get crystal clear on exactly who she is. She walks with fire. She thinks like a queen. She moves like a damn force of nature.

You’ll craft HER Mantra—your personal power statement.

One that you’ll own, repeat, and breathe into your being every single day of this challenge. Because this isn’t just about working out—it’s about becoming her. And yes, we’ll revisit that Mantra along the way, locking in that mindset so when you finish this challenge?

You don’t just feel confident... You ARE the embodiment of it.

Let’s get real with where you’re at physically—right here, right now—with our signature 5-Exercise Bombshell Fitness Assessment you can do anywhere, anytime.

If you’ve crushed a Bombshell Challenge before, this will feel familiar. We’re keeping this assessment standard across all Bombshell Challenges—because you deserve a clear, powerful way to track your growth over time and celebrate the fire you’re building.

But let’s get one thing straight:
  • This is NOT a judgment.
  • This is NOT a reason to compare or criticize.
  • That B*tch would NEVER talk down to herself—and neither will you.
This challenge is about YOU.

It’s your personal starting line—your baseline. A snapshot of where you’re at today, so we can turn the dial up every week from here.

You’ll do this Fitness Challenge each week, but as a group, we’ll revisit it together in Week 4 and Week 8 to see just how far you’ve come. And believe me—you will come far.

And if you’ve done this before and your numbers are lower than last time?Guess what? That’s okay. Seriously. No guilt, no shame. You’re not behind—you’re just stepping into a new season, and this is your clean slate.

BODIES BY BOMBSHELL CALENDAR CHALLENGE • WEEK 1

THE BOMBSHELL BASELINE ASSESSMENT

Time to put that mindset into motion. For this Fitness Assessment, you’ll complete five foundational exercises—just 60 seconds per move—to establish your Week 1 Bombshell Baseline.

This is your starting line, babe. Not a test. Not a competition. Just you, your body, and your commitment to becoming her.

 

Here’s how it works:

  • Set a timer for 60 seconds.
  • Count how many reps you can complete with proper form for each movement below.
  • STOP immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, weakness, or can’t maintain safe form.
  • This is about progress, not perfection. 1 rep? Half a rep? That STILL counts. Because guess what? You SHOWED UP. And that’s what Bombshells do.
 

You are not competing against ANYONE except yourself, so HAVE FUN, stay SAFE, and listen to your body at all times!

It does NOT matter if the number you finish is ONE or TWO or 1/2 of a Repetition! It is a START and THAT is all that MATTERS, that YOU are STARTING something to IMPROVE yourself, improve your HEALTH, and improve your LIFE!

After you’ve slayed your baseline, log your results on the printable tracking sheet. Then write down your Week 8 Goal—how many reps you want to hit by the end of the Challenge.

Make it bold. Make it real. Make it something that lights a fire in you.

It’s time to get real with yourself—and unlock the woman you were born to become.

Start by writing down three words or short phrases that capture who you crave to be. Not who the world expects. Not who you are to others. But the next-level YOU—the one that’s been waiting in the wings, fierce AF and ready to rise.

Think:

What’s holding you back from fully stepping into your power?

What qualities do you dream of owning, but haven’t fully embodied... yet?

These should be bold, soul-level truths. Words that make your heart race. That spark something deep. That scream: YES—HER.

✨ Examples: Fit. Confident. Unshakably Bold.

🚫 Not this time: Supportive. Kind. Helpful. (We love those qualities—but that’s not what this step is about.)

This isn’t about being humble. This isn’t about being “realistic.” This is about being unapologetically YOU.

So go ahead—let it out. Be raw. Be honest. Be wild with your vision.

Because once you name her?

You’ve chosen your three words—the raw, powerful traits that define your next-level self. Now it’s time to lock them in. Claim them. Own them. Say them out loud like you mean it.

This is how we make your Bombshell Blueprint real.

💋 Here's how it works:

Take each of your words and drop it into this format:

“I am [Your Name], and I am [Word/Phrase].”

Example:

I am Kelly Harris, and I am FIT. I am Kelly Harris, and I am CONFIDENT. I am Kelly Harris, and I am BOLD.

Boom. Just like that—you’ve created your Personal Bombshell Mantras.

These aren’t just affirmations. They’re identity statements.

🔥 Say them with fire.

🔥 Say them with belief.

🔥 Say them like the woman you’re becoming already lives inside you—because she does.

Repeat your Mantras every single day—first thing when you wake up, last thing before you go to bed.

And when life throws you a curveball or a choice that challenges who you’re stepping into?

You don’t flinch. You don’t fold.
You call on your Mantra.

You’re traveling for work. You hit the hotel. You’re tired. You could crash... or hit the gym.

Say it:

“I am Kelly Harris, and I am FIT.”

Now ask:

“What does a FIT version of me do?”

You already know the answer. You get your sh*t togther and you act accordingly.
