Hey Bombshell! Don’t let the summer sun melt your goals away!

We’re about to own what remains of this summer, and we’re not about to let beach days, BBQs, or pool parties mess with our grind! This 8-week Fitness Challenge is still full steam ahead, but we’re making sure we still soak up all the summer fun without derailing our Bombshell Badass progress.

Living fit and having fun isn’t a trade-off. It’s a challenge to be crushed! You’re going to be the MVP of every cookout, the beach-body queen, and the role model showing your squad that you can live fit AND live life like a true Bombshell. No compromises, no excuses, just straight-up domination.

Here are some Bombshell badass fitness strategies to help you dominate BBQs, beach days, and summer parties without letting your progress slip. 💥🌞
Plan Your Indulgences

Before you hit those summer BBQs, beach parties, or poolside cookouts, strategize your indulgences like a pro. At Bombshell Fitness, we live by the 80/20 rule, which means as long as you stay ON TRACK 80% of the time, you can ENJOY indulgences (in moderation) 20% of the time! 🔥

So yes, you can have a little fun without derailing your progress!

Know you’re heading to a fun event? Plan your treat meal in moderation for that day so you can enjoy it guilt-free while still crushing your goals the rest of the time. Balance is everything, Bombshell.

Stay Hydrated

Summer cookouts and beach days can be filled with cocktails, frozen drinks, and sugary iced teas, but let’s be the badass in charge of staying hydrated and minimizing the calories.

Alternate your cocktails with water, seltzer, or a fresh, summer mocktail to keep you feeling fresh and Bombshell AF all day long. 🍹💧

Enjoying a cold brew or summer frappé? No problem. Opt for sugar-free syrups, and choose non-dairy options like oat milk, coconut milk, or unsweetened almond milk to keep it lighter while still enjoying the flavor. Hydrate like a pro, feel like a queen.

This week, first choose THREE very CLEAR, doable, and SUSTAINABLE Personal Goals for this Challenge, and decide what ACTIONS you will take to ACTIVATE the CHANGES needed to accomplish these SPECIFIC Goals.

These Goals can be part of a bigger picture, but the challenge needs to be very specific and achievable within our 8 weeks together.

Note:  Make SURE that these Goals and Actions are REALISTIC within the scope of YOUR life.
