SUBMISSION DAY

  • Have a light breakfast 30-60 minutes before pictures (stick to your plan).
  • Pump it up! Boost those muscles with a banded pump-up session
  • 2 x 10-15 Lateral Raises
  • 2 x 10-15 Bicep Curls
  • 2 x 10-15 Upright rows
  • 2 x 10-15 Shannon Dey’s
FINAL DAY

TIME TO GLAM!

  • Ladies, it's time to SHINE! Remember the phrase, "Dress for the job you want"? Well, this is the most important "job interview" – you're showcasing all your hard work and dedication of the past 8 weeks! So apply your makeup, and style your hair like the absolute HOTTIES you are!
  • SECRET TIP: Before you strike your winning pose, give your body a LIGHT cover of any body oil you find at the Drugstore. This will help showcase your hard-earned muscle definition in all its glory. 
  • DISCLAIMER: Staying hydrated is essential throughout the day, and the submission countdown is OPTIONAL. No pressure Bombshell AF Challengers! But if you are IN, let's rock this peak week like the champions you are!
