BOMBSHELL SEXY SANTA CHALLENGE • WEEK 4

Bombshell Sexy Santas KNOW that they are blessed to wake up each day and LIVE #thatbombshelllife!!

It is EASY to look at Social Media and COMPARE ourselves to others, and subsequently feel as if we do NOT measure up. It seems as if EVERYONE else has the perfect life, perfect family, perfect body, perfect well….everything.

When we do this to ourselves, we then tend to shrink INWARD, focusing on our flaws, what we do NOT have, and how we do NOT measure up.

THIS can lead to not only SELFSABOTAGE and unhealthy behavior but ALSO make us FORGET how LUCKY we ARE to be WHO we are, LUCKY to have what we DO have, and FORGET to use our UNIQUE GIFTS to ENHANCE the lives of others.

We will look PAST what we feel we may not have and show GRATITUDE for all that you DO have by celebrating YOUR Unique Gifts that make YOU “Perfectly Me!” and USE THOSE GIFTS to brighten someone ELSES day.

PLUS, Momma Bomi-Claus will arm you with some extra, quick, easy, at-home blood-pumping workouts you can do at ANY time to keep you on TRACK during this kitchen-focused Holiday!

BONUS WORKOUT

In Week 3 we LEARNED the PROPER way to SQUAT and LUNGE for Bombshell Booty GAINS and worked up a sweat with our FIRST BAD ASS BOMBSHELL Plyo Workout!

Now that we have our FORM SET, THIS week we are going to REPEAT last week's moves, ADD a few more to BUILD our STAMINA, and keep it in BAD ASS BOMBSHELL MODE!

Complete the listed exercises in order and choose how many sets is best for YOU!  Try to do a LITTLE more than last week to keep BUILDING that BOMBSHELL stamina!

We are taking it Old School in the gym! This plan is designed for those who want to build a Muscle Foundation of STRENGTH and CURVES. With an emphasis on bigger compound lifts, you will become a Bombshell BADDIE in the weight room. Create a strong muscle foundation but with SPECIFIC targeted movements to create that FIT Bombshell HOURGLASS shape. 

This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.

Get it all done at ONCE! This semi-circuit-style training plan combines resistance work and cardio bursts to keep you MOVING through your training all while SHAPING your body into the Bombshell Hourglass Figure. If you need to get ALL of your weight training and cardio done in one shot and want to improve your endurance and tone, this is the plan for you!

This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.

Build your Bombshell body at HOME! No gym? No problem! This plan includes a specific combination of Bombshell home exercises for resistance training AND cardio to create the Bombshell Hourglass shape you dream of and it can all be completed at home!

Recommended equipment: Handle bands, Booty bands

Optional: Dumbbells, stability ball, sliders

This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.

Bombshell cardio is like NO OTHER! Bombshell Fitness targets SPECIFIC movements with or without cardio equipment to not only TORCH those calories and get your sweat on, but to ALSO work on creating your Bombshell SHAPE at the same time!

You can choose from any of the options provided and complete 3-5 sessions per week depending on your goals!

CHOOSE the LEVEL OF NUTRITION that BEST fits YOUR Individual GOALS

If you’re looking to GAIN those full Bombshell muscles and fill out those curves, you’ll want the GAIN plan! Bombshells need enough FUEL to grow!

This plan is also ideal for those living a VERY ACTIVE lifestyle (very athletic) where your daily activity and calorie burn is already very high!

The maintain plan is for you if your goal is to RESCULPT your shape. You may not want to LOSE or GAIN much weight, but you want to reshape your physique to be that Bombshell hourglass version!

The SHRED plan is ideal for you if you want to SHED those pounds and become the leaner, sculpted version of yourself you’ve been dreaming of and WILL BE!

INTENTION CHALLENGE

This week’s Intention Challenge is multi-layered but ALL comes down to being “Perfectly Me”, being GRATEFUL for YOUR unique Gifts, and USING those Gifts to brighten someone else's LIFE.

Acknowledge YOUR Unique Gifts:

WITHOUT embarrassment or shyness, write down YOUR unique Gifts. Perhaps you are GREAT with Kids, GREAT with Animals, or perhaps you are an INCREDIBLE organizer. Maybe you are a math wiz, can French braid like a pro, can SING like a bird, are AWESOME at your Career, can SENSE when someone else is down, you can do a MEAN smokey eye, have a green thumb, or know how to make a SAD Friend feel BETTER.

Whatever YOUR UNIQUE Gifts are, write them DOWN, RECOGNIZE them, and hold your head HIGH that there will NEVER be another amazing creature on this planet that is YOU!

Dampening down and HIDING your Gifts from the World is NOT being Humble! Being Humble is found in how you TREAT others!

So STAND TALL BOMBSHELL! Acknowledge what makes YOU special, what makes YOU a POSITIVE FORCE in our World and CELEBRATE all that you ARE!

Acknowledge all of the GOOD things in your Life:

Write down the TOP FIVE THINGS you are GRATEFUL for in your life. It could be having a roof over your head, your health, your Family, where you live, your Friends, the list goes on and on!

GIVE BACK CHALLENGE

Bombshells Give Back! Part of being a Bombshell is not holding all of the LOVE and JOY of feeling GREAT about who and what you are WITHIN, but SHARING it with others!
