Being a Sexy Santa and assuring that everyone ELSE around you has a WONDERFUL Holiday Season is EXHAUSTING and can be very STRESSFUL. In Week 7, we will learn how to carve out a little time for YOU, de-stress, recharge, and get READY to finish off 2023 revitalized.
This week’s Intention Challenge is to take a FEW moments for SELF-CARE in the midst of the Holiday Hustle and Bustle. It doesn’t have to be ELABORATE or overly TIME CONSUMING. Just a little BREATHER, a SLOW-DOWN that recharges and refreshes you for the BUSY week ahead.
The Holidays add EXTRA tasks, errands, and time-consuming activities to your already BUSY life. Although these things are done out of LOVE for OTHERS, they can make your day-to-day OVERWHELMING.
Add in the fact that you are working SO VERY HARD to stay on TRACK with your Fitness Goals, and YOU have the PERFECT RECIPE for STRESS.
Taking a few moments to UNWIND, EXHALE, and step back from all the activity is VITAL to your mental health, to you FINISHING the Year STRONG and being in the right MINDSET as you spend time with those you love. NO ONE wants to be a CRANKY SANTA! And, taking a few moments for YOU can assure that you approach everyone around you armed with TRUE Holiday Spirit!
Whether it’s sitting down with a cup of tea, popping in your headphones for a few moments with a blanket on the couch, getting a massage, or escaping to an afternoon movie, do SOMETHING for YOU this week that allows you some PEACE, RECHARGES your soul.
YES, you are busy, YES you need to do SO many things for OTHERS, YES taking a few moments seems IMPOSSIBLE. But if YOU do not take care of YOU, you are MUCH less EFFECTIVE in ALL that you do. You MUST recharge and reset in order to be your BEST for yourself AND for everyone around you! No matter if it’s a few moments, or a few hours, you will EMERGE MUCH happier, MUCH more calm, and a MUCH more loving Sexy Santa that is READY to ENJOY the last weeks of the Holidays, the time with loved ones AND the Bombshell Sexy Santa Challenge!
THIS week we are taking our Bonus Workout UP a notch and ADDING a ROUND!
If you have been doing ONE round, this week work to make it TWO. If you have been doing TWO rounds, this week make it THREE. If you can only get 1/4 or HALF WAY THROUGH your added round, THAT is OK! ANY added reps or sets, even if it is only ONE is a WIN!!
(Remember, SAFETY always comes FIRST!)
From there, LOOK BACK and REMEMBER your STAMINA and how DIFFICULT this Plyo Workout WAS for you BACK in Week TWO with LESS Exercises and LESS rounds!
Now that you have IMPROVED, let’s have FUN with this workout this week and show yourself what a ROCKSTAR you TRULY are! ENJOY the booty burn, REVEL in the sweat, be PROUD of how far YOU have come!

We are taking it Old School in the gym! This plan is designed for those who want to build a Muscle Foundation of STRENGTH and CURVES. With an emphasis on bigger compound lifts, you will become a Bombshell BADDIE in the weight room. Create a strong muscle foundation but with SPECIFIC targeted movements to create that FIT Bombshell HOURGLASS shape.
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Get it all done at ONCE! This semi-circuit-style training plan combines resistance work and cardio bursts to keep you MOVING through your training all while SHAPING your body into the Bombshell Hourglass Figure. If you need to get ALL of your weight training and cardio done in one shot and want to improve your endurance and tone, this is the plan for you!
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Build your Bombshell body at HOME! No gym? No problem! This plan includes a specific combination of Bombshell home exercises for resistance training AND cardio to create the Bombshell Hourglass shape you dream of and it can all be completed at home!
Recommended equipment: Handle bands, Booty bands
Optional: Dumbbells, stability ball, sliders
This plan has 3 different levels of intensity and experience: Starter, Moderate, and Intense.
Bombshell cardio is like NO OTHER! Bombshell Fitness targets SPECIFIC movements with or without cardio equipment to not only TORCH those calories and get your sweat on, but to ALSO work on creating your Bombshell SHAPE at the same time!
You can choose from any of the options provided and complete 3-5 sessions per week depending on your goals!
If you’re looking to GAIN those full Bombshell muscles and fill out those curves, you’ll want the GAIN plan! Bombshells need enough FUEL to grow!
This plan is also ideal for those living a VERY ACTIVE lifestyle (very athletic) where your daily activity and calorie burn is already very high!
The maintain plan is for you if your goal is to RESCULPT your shape. You may not want to LOSE or GAIN much weight, but you want to reshape your physique to be that Bombshell hourglass version!
The SHRED plan is ideal for you if you want to SHED those pounds and become the leaner, sculpted version of yourself you’ve been dreaming of and WILL BE!
