Here’s your fiery circuit designed to tighten, tone, and wake up your whole body at the halfway point of the challenge! You’ll hit glutes, legs, core, and cardio with five simple moves. Thirty seconds on, thirty seconds rest, 2–4 rounds. Quick, effective, and exactly the boost you need to stay locked in and SLEIGH the second half of the challenge!

30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest. Repeat the following circuit 2-4x through:
