But here’s the secret that keeps a Bombshell hot, happy, and in control:

You don’t have to eat like it’s a competitive sport to enjoy the holiday.  You can savor the flavors AND feel fabulous on Friday.

Because this week, Bombshell…we’re playing the greatest holiday game EVER:

THE 80/20 THANKSGIVING RULE

IS. IT. WORTH IT?!

A true Bombshell-for-Life knows this: If you stay on track 80% of the time, you earn the freedom to indulge 20% of the time, guilt-free, drama-free, and deliciously empowered.

This isn’t about saying “I CAN’T have that.” It’s about deciding: Do I WANT this? Does it DELIGHT me? Is it WORTH IT?

And when you DO decide it’s worth it…you enjoy EVERY SINGLE BITE like the confident queen you are, without apology, shame, or needing to unbutton your jeans under the table.

  • Is this worth my indulgence?

  • Overcooked green beans that have lost the will to live
  • Random pre-dinner cheese cubes you’re eating “because they’re there”

THE “TORCH THE TURKEY”

TUNE-UP Shake Off the Stuffing, Sexy Santa!

Had your feast, enjoyed every bite, and now you’re ready to get that Sleigh Girl Glow back? This quick, spicy workout is your perfect post-Thanksgiving energy boost that you can do at home or ANYWHERE. This can also be your anytime “shake off the stuffing” sweat session when you want to fire things back up.

Fast, fierce, and fabulous… just like YOU. Let’s sleigh, Bombshell.

Warm-Up (5 Minutes)

Light jog in place, walk around the block, or dance like you’re starring in your own holiday movie montage.

THE CIRCUIT

(Repeat 3–5 rounds, depending on how spicy you’re feeling.) Work for 30 seconds with minimal rest between exercises, then rest 30-60 seconds between circuits.

  1. Turkey Trot Turbo (High Knees) - Run in place with high knees like you’re hustling for the last slice of pumpkin pie. High-energy, high-fun.
  2. Stuffing Slam (Burpees) - You may have eaten stuffing, but we’re not becoming stuffing. Add a jump to bring out your inner Sexy Santa superhero.
  3. Gobble & Pop (Jumping Jacks) - Classic, crisp jumping jacks. Quick, flirty pops of energy to get your heart pumping.
  4. Mashed Potato Maker (Sumo Squats or Wide High Jumps) - Lower that booty like you’re dipping into the mashed potatoes. Jump at the top if you want extra sass and spice.
  5. Gravy Train Hustle (Mountain Climbers) - Climb, drive, and hustle like you’re chasing the gravy boat before it spills. Core on fire, attitude on point.
  6. Cranberry Crush (Plank Jacks) - Pop those feet open and closed while keeping your core tight and spicy. Sweet, bold, and unexpectedly intense, just like cranberry sauce should be.
  7. Cool-Down (5 Minutes) - Stretch it out, breathe deep, and enjoy that post-sweat glow.
