Week 8: Reflect & Celebrate!

Body Breakthrough Challenge

Perform each weekly exercise sequence 2-4 times within the scope of each week.

The Bombshell She-Warrior Physical Challenge consists of engaging in progressively demanding exercises, with a focus on increasing the intensity in each subsequent phase to emerge in She-Warrior Peak Physical Condition.

CAUTION: IMMEDIATELY discontinue any exercises causing pain, discomfort, weakness, balance issues or instability of any kind. Do NOT perform any exercises which you are NOT prepared or in physical condition to perform. ONLY push yourself to the point of challenge NOT exhaustion.

There are three levels to choose from based upon your CURRENT Fitness Level.

Please choose the level BELOW where you think you may be and feel free to work UP if you need more of a Challenge or move down if the workout is too intense.

If you do not know which level to choose, choose the LOWER level until you know you can raise your intensity. You may find that you go up and down in Levels throughout The Challenge based on the Week/Day.

The She-Warrior Physical Challenge is to be performed in addition to your regular workout.

BOMBSHELL RISING HUNTRESS

Choose this level if you are NEW to Bombshell, have been training for less than a year, currently train at moderate intensity OR are a NEW exerciser.

LEVEL 1

BOMBSHELL WARRIOR PRINCESS

Choose this level if you have been with Bombshell for Six-Months or more training consistently at a high level, have been training with HIGH INTENSITY for Over a Year and are in Good Physical Condition.

LEVEL 2

BOMBSHELL CHAMPION OF THE REALM

Choose this level if you have been with Bombshell for One year or more, have been training CONSISTENTLY with EXTREME HIGH INTENSITY for well OVER a Year, are in Great Physical Condition and do not have any physical limitations, balance issues or injuries.

LEVEL 3

Phase 4 • Rise Up to the Challenge

(Challenge Weeks 7-8)

Congratulations Bombshell She-Warrior YOU have made it to the FINAL WEEK of the Bombshell She-Warrior Challenge Body Breakthrough!

BEFORE you finish the Final Week utilizing Phase 4, go BACK to Week ONE and complete THE Week One Challenge. Be sure to complete the SAME level that you did in Week One.

If you have been progressing through the Weeks fairly consistently you will be able to complete what seemed DIFFICULT in Week One with EASE!! CONGRATULATIONS Bombshell! YOU have had a PHYSICAL BREAKTHROUGH and achieved SHE-Warrior STATUS!!

Week 8: Reflect & Celebrate!

Week 8 is HERE! You have MADE IT Bombshell She-Warrior!

You created a goal, mapped out daily behaviors, worked toward the BIG picture, celebrated daily WINS and overcame OBSTACLES. Wow! What an accomplishment!

MOST importantly: YOU DID NOT QUIT!!

This FINAL week is all about celebrating your growth, both inside and out, as you reflect on your Bombshell Challenge Journey.

Let’s acknowledge your achievements, use what YOU have accomplished to boost your confidence, and set your sights on what’s next!

Spend a little time journaling about your journey so far.

What changes have you noticed in your fitness level, body, confidence, and mindset during the Bombshell She-Warrior Challenge?

What obstacles did you face and how did you overcome them?

What has this Challenge taught you about yourself?

Tip: Be honest with yourself and recognize the small wins! REMEMBER, even the SMALLEST of steps is a WIN!

Affirmation: Write or say aloud: “I am proud of my journey and excited for what’s next.”

Create a visual representation of your journey. This could be:

🦋 A new photo of YOU showing how you FEEL about your accomplishments and your new found confidence.

🦋 Find or create a quote, or any creative piece that represents your growth.

Reflect: As you create and take your photo, think about how much you’ve changed not only in appearance but in mindset, habits, and confidence.

Affirmation: LOOK at your visual and say aloud, “I am proud of my journey and excited for what’s next.”

As a REWARD for your PERSEVERANCE, Do something special just for YOU!

Treat yourself to something you love such as enjoying a relaxing activity, spending time with a friend or shopping for some new Workout Gear at The Bombshell Boutique!

This is also the time to write down one goal that you are excited to work towards NEXT or continue working toward, based on the transformation you’ve experienced and what you have LEARNED from The Bombshell She-Warrior Challenge.

Affirmation: Say OUT LOUD and with conviction: “I am proud of my journey and excited for what’s next.”

FINAL SUBMISSIONS

Okay Bombshell Challenger, we GET IT! We KNOW that putting yourself OUT there and submitting your photos can be TERRIFYING.

However, THIS is where you take the CONFIDENCE and strength that you GAINED over these past 8-Weeks and DO something with it!

Although YOU may feel as if since you were not PERFECT throughout the entire Challenge there are NOT enough changes in your Fitness to be WORTHY to submit, THAT is definitely NOT the case!

YOU worked hard, YOU persevered and it does not take being PERFECT to make a CHANGE!

MANY times WE can not see the changes that OTHERS do! So suck it up Bombshell, get BRAVE, get STRONG and SUBMIT THOSE ENTRIES! WE are SO very proud of YOU!

BOMBSHELL CHALLENGE • WEEK 8

PHOTO/VIDEO SUBMISSION TIPS

  1. Wear an outfit SIMILAR to what you wore in your initial photos.  If you wore shorts, wear the SAME or very shorts again, if you wore a bikini, wear the SAME or very similar bikini again.  The more SIMILAR the outfit the MORE your RESULTS will show!

  2. Be mindful of the LIGHTING.  Standing facing a bright window with the BACK of the camera to the window OR utilizing a ring light is optimal.  Dark photos often SHADOW your hard work and make it VERY hard to see!

  3. Stand in the SAME style pose as your initial photos!  If you stood straight forward in your before photos and then do a BIG twist in your after photos, it will appear that all that changed was your pose even if your RESULTS were AMAZING!  It is fine to stand taller, twist slightly, adjust your pose a TAD, but make sure the poses are more similar than different.  THIS is how your hard work is BEST showcased.

  4. BE mindful of your BACKGROUND!  A messy background can and will definitely detract from your fabulous self.

  5. Be HONEST and HEARTFELT in your video.  Keep it under 1-minute, speak from your heart  and be HONEST about how you FEEL!

  6. Have FUN with this!  Don’t get all worked up or anxious.  THIS is YOUR time to shine and SHOWCASE your hard work.  There is NOTHING to be scared about.  ENJOY the process!
